Experienced in managing properties under Joint Management Bodies (JMB), Management Corporations (MC), and on behalf of property developers—ensuring compliance, transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Well-versed in the handing over of vacant possession, with a strong track record of seamless, compliant transitions. Also actively involved in property development, contributing to planning, execution, and post-completion management to deliver end-to-end value across the property lifecycle.
